Oliver M. Manglona received his bachelor's degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, at commencement exercises held in May 2011. He was a recipient of the CNMI Honors Scholarship, the Presidential Scholarship at St. Mary's University, and was a member of the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society.
Manglona, 21, was the 2007 salutatorian at Rota High School. He completed the CNMI Supreme Court Summer Pre-law Program in 2010 and will be attending the University of Hawaii School of Law in August. He plans to return to the Northern Marianas to work as a prosecutor.
He is the son of Charles and Lorna Manglona of Rota. (PR)
