Saipan Southern High School would like to inform their students for SY 2012-2013 about upcoming events:
First day of classes for SY 2012-2013 will be Sept. 4, 2012. Students must be on campus by 8am. Classes start at 8:30am and dismissal is at 3pm.
All new students enrolling at SSHS for school year 2012-2013 must complete and submit a registration form as soon as possible. Registration forms are available in the registrar's office or main office.
All returning students that attended SSHS last year must return all your textbooks and settle all obligations with the school, before you can pick up your class schedule.
Schedules are to be picked up at the counseling office as follows:
-Seniors (12th) grade Aug. 22, 9am-4pm
-Juniors (11th) grade Aug. 23, 9am-4pm
-Sophomores (10th) grade Aug. 24, 9am-4pm
All transferees and new students enrolling at SSHS (SY2012-2013) in grades (10th, 11th and 12th) are required to attend an orientation on Aug. 28, 2012 (Tuesday) from 1pm to 3pm with their parents or legal guardians. No students will be allowed to attend the orientation without parents or legal guardians in attendance.
Incoming freshman (9th) grade student orientation will be held on two different sessions to accommodate parents/guardian work schedules. Please attend only one session on Aug. 28, from 9am to 11am or from 1pm to 3pm with their parents or legal guardians. No students will be allowed to attend the orientation without parents or legal guardians in attendance.
