Sign up is ongoing for Fiesta Resort & Spa's 3rd Annual Beach Soccer Tournament slated for Aug. 11.
Late registration will be open by 7:30am and games start 9:30am. Teams are requested to show up early so they have time to warm up and go over the rules with event organizers.
Entrance fee is $10 per player and at least five players are required on a team. The entrance fee includes coupons for drinks and beverages that players can use during the competition. Other beverages and food will also be available for sale during the event.
A raffle drawing will also take place with various prizes coming from sister sponsors Pacific Trading, Tan Holdings, Docomo Pacific, Rota Water, and Kanoa Resort.
This is an open tournament with virtually no roster restrictions. However any youth players under the age of 14 need to have a waiver signed by a parent.
The champion team will win $300 cash and individual trophies, while $200 and $100 plus trophies will go to the runners-up and third finishers, respectively.
