The Fiesta Resort & Spa 3rd Annual Beach Soccer Tournament that was originally set this weekend has been moved to Sept. 1
Interested participants can still register early, however the event has been pushed back to next month to give way to the grand opening of Fiesta's new beach bar.
Entrance fee remains at $10 per player and at least five players are required on each team.
This is an open event, however players under the age of 14 are required to have permission from a parent. Parents of youth players are required to be present during registration.
Entrance fee includes tickets for food and beverages to be used during the competition; water will be provided for players, while other food and drink items will also be available for sale.
The games will be played in a 5-on-5 format.
A raffle drawing will also take place during the event with special prizes provided by major sponsors Pacific Trading Company, Tan Siu Foundation, Docomo Pacific, Rota Water, and Kanoa Resort.
The champion team will receive $300 cash and a set of individual trophies. The runner-ups will get $200 and the third place team will take home $100. Second and third placers will also receive team trophies and other awards.
