Organizers of the upcoming 2nd Annual Masters Basketball Federation of the Northern Marianas Islands are holding a mandatory meeting for interested participants in the group's 35A, 40A, and 45A divisions tonight at 6pm at the Garapan Basketball Court.
Opening day is set for Sunday, Sept. 30, 9am at the Gilbert C. Ada Gymnasium. All games will be every Sunday at the Ada Gym.
The MBFNMI has taken a break in its activities as a result of the recent repairs made at the Ada Gym, but is looking forward to coming back together for some long-awaited healthy competition at the end of the month.
The entrance fee to participate is set at $10 per player, per division; team fees are set at a lump sum of $120.
Any individuals who do not have a team are still welcome to register with the club and get in on the action.
Interested participants are encouraged to attend tonight's meeting to learn more about the upcoming activities.
