Deadline approaching for financial disclosure filing
This is to remind all individuals who may be required to file OPA Form EC-101, the Statement of Financial Interest, that the deadline for filing is May 31, 2012. Any person failing to comply with the financial disclosure requirements of this law is subject to financial and other penalties, including a $10 per day fine for any periods of delinquency.
