The Joeten-Kiyu Public Library gears up in celebrating the spookiest time of the year.
Scary characters, spiders, tangled webs, and pumpkin replicas now adorn the Children of our Homeland Center as part of the library's Halloween celebration.
Children’s Library Associate Erlinda C. Naputi said Halloween books for children to read and enjoy are highlighted at the center.
Naputi told Saipan Tribune that they will be hosting Halloween Storytime at 10:00am next Saturday, Oct. 30 in line with their Halloween celebration.
The Halloween Storytime will replace the regular Children's Storytime at the library every Saturday.
Naputi encouraged all students to visit the library on Oct. 30 and take part in their Halloween Storytime.
She also urged teachers and parents to support this worthwhile activity by promoting it to the children and bringing them to the library.
