Last Tuesday, the IT&E Voyagers downed sister squad IT&E Incredibles, 10-5, in a road match held at Oceanside to improve to a Tuesday league's best of 39-21 record,
The Docomo Home Boyz (36-24) of Joe's Steakhouse, is still in the race, trailing by only three wins after posting a similar 10-5 victory against Crazy 8 (26-34) in a road match held at Poseidon Bar & Grill.
In other results, third placer Utopia Sports Bar Blue Ice Hustlers (35-25) bested the 19th Hole Bar's Titans I (15-45), 9-6, on the road and Bammy's Restaurant & Bar's Triggers grinded (34-26) out an 8-7 home victory over Yuichiro's Printing (24-36).
Waterfront's Eight It! went into Wild Bill's Bar & Grill last Thursday and took a 10-5 win over Shark Attack (24-36) to improve to 38-22 record and keep the Thursday league lead.
In other results, Bammy's Equalizers upset 19th Hole's Titans II, 9-6, on the road and are now tied for second place with the latter, as they hold similar 35-25 slates. Fourth-ranked Jonny's Team SCS (29-31) worked out an 8-7 home win over the 19th Hole Eagles (19-41).
Meanwhile, tomorrow's Tuesday league pairings will have Yuichiros Printing hosting the IT&E Incredibles, the Docomo Home Boyz waiving in the Triggers, the Blue Ice Hustlers hailing Crazy 8, and the IT&E Voyagers setting the table for Titans I.
Thursday's matchups show the Eagles calling over Shark Attack, the Equalizers hosting Team SCS, and Waterfront's Eight It! inviting Titans II.
