Bank of Guam promotes Cruz to VP

HAGATNA, Guam-Bank of Guam has promoted Reanna R. Cruz to vice president and loan adjustment manager.

With the bank for 10 years, Cruz was hired in 2002 as a management trainee. On successful completion of the management training program, Cruz was promoted to pro-assistant cashier, underwriting consumer loan credits for the Bank's Retail Banking Group. In 2004, Cruz was assigned to the Commercial Banking Group where she was promoted to assistant cashier and then assistant vice president, remaining there for seven years. In 2011, Cruz was promoted to assistant vice oresident/loan adjustment manager, where she has been for the last year.

A graduate of Notre Dame High School, Cruz received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Guam in 2001.

Cruz has been a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guam, and has been a volunteer and member of Kamalen Karidat and Soroptimist International of the Marianas.

In 2011, Cruz was nominated for and won the U.S. Small Business Administration Financial Services Champion of the year.
