HAGATNA, Guam—The Bank of Guam announced that its 2013 Calendar Photography Contest is now underway.
Contest Guidelines are as follows:
Theme: “Hidden treasures: A journey through our islands’ lesser-known havens of beauty.”
Medium: Minimum 4X6 print in color or black and white. For digital photos, please copy to a CD and include a printed copy of the photo.
Eligibility: Open to all registered high school students through Guam, the CNMI, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Marshall Islands. Photo must be taken taken throughout Guam, the CNMI, Republic of Palau, the FSM, or the Republic of the Marshall Islands and certified by the student(s)
Deadline: Oct. 5, 2012
Cash prizes will be awarded to the cover photo ($250) and each month’s photo ($150). Each student is limited to two photo entries each. Entry forms are available at all high schools, Bank of Guam branches and its website www.bankofguam.com. All entries are pre-screened by the bank’s marketing department to ensure eligibility requirements are met. Final selections are presented anonymously and voted on by BOG senior management.
Winning entries will be featured in the 2013 Bank of Guam Calendar. Over 17,000 will be distributed throughout the branch network for customers at no charge. In addition, winning photos are featured on the Bank of Guam website, www.bankofguam.com.
