In preparation for the upcoming Child Passenger Safety Week National Seat Check, the Department of Public Safety's Police Division and Traffic Section will be conducting courtesy car seat and seat belt inspections.
Certified child passenger safety technicians will be on hand to check car seats for proper installation and advise parents and caregivers how to choose the right car seats and install them properly in their vehicles. The event, part of the department's participation in Child Passenger Safety Week (Sept. 16-22), is free to the public.
By attending these car seat inspections, parents and caregivers can be sure their kids are riding as safely as possible.
Courtesy car seat and seat belt inspections will be conducted at the following locations, dates, and time:
Sept. 11 B/R Susupe Minatchom Atdao pavilion 10am-4pm
B/R Garapan Fishing Base 10am-4pm
Sept. 13 B/R Garapan Thursday Market 6pm-9pm
Sept. 15 B/R Susupe Sabalu Market 8am-12pm
Sept. 18 B/R Susupe Minatchom Atdao pavilion 10am-4pm
B/R Garapan Fishing Base 10am-4pm
Sept. 20 B/R Garapan Thursday Market 6pm-9pm
Sept. 22 B/R Susupe Sabalu Market 8am-12pm
