Oceanside Bar & Grill's Mafia and Triple Threat and Jonny's Bar & Grill's Try Luck remain the frontrunners in the Saipan Electronic Dart Association's 2012 Summer/Fall Bud Light Dart League.
Mafia was shocked by Bammy's Restaurant & Bar-bottom feeder Sabalu Boyz (36-49), 7-10, on the road on Monday, but still boasts an 11-game lead atop the A division standings with its 56-29 record.
Mafia's sister-team Bud Brothers (45-40) were on a bye this week, but still reside in second place, one game ahead of SOS Bar & Grill's Outlawz (44-41), which bested fourth-ranked Mixblood Shooters (50-52), 10-7, in a road draw.
In other results, Sand's Bar's Juvy Predators (38-47) worked out a strong 11-6 home upset over SOS's 101 Proofers (37-48) to switch places with its rivals in the rankings.
Notables remain a 140-high in by Mafia's Jesse Villar and a 131-high out by 101 Proofers' Rolly Bermiso.
In Tuesday B, Triple Threat went into the Waterfront and rocked the K-1 Scorpions (31-59), 13-2, to strengthen its hold to the No. 1 spot. Improving its already stout card to 67-23, Triple Threat is beginning to pull away from the pack and leads the field by a dozen games.
Naked Fish Bar & Grill's Na'Gupu II (55-35) brushed off SOS's 80 Proofers (41-49), 11-4, on the road to remain in second place, one win ahead of VFW Post 3457's Delubyo (54-36), which fell to fourth-ranked Dartaholiks (49-41), 6-9, in a home draw. Oceanside's Good Guyz (40-50) downed sister-squad Wreckless Precision (23-67), 9-6, in a road draw as well.
Notables remain a 150-high on by K-1 Scorpions' Anson Jones and a 100-high out by Triple Threat's George Medina.
In the Ladies division, defending champion Try Luck defeated Es'y Kitchen's B-52 Shooters (51-39), 10-5, at home to maintain its advantage and move up to a 67-23 slate. However, Bammy's-bad host Momes'I Mei (64-26) ran over Joe's Steakhouse's Just Like Dat (37-53), 11-4, to trim Try Luck's division lead to three games.
In other results, Oceanside's G-Side Shooters (35-55) traveled to Joe's and plucked the Daffodils (22-68), 9-6, while Naked Fish's Man-Amigas (44-46) pulled off a much needed 9-6 road win over SOS's Wonder Women (40-50).
Notables include a 160-high in by Momes'I Mei's Frances Magofna and a 152-high out by her teammate, Sally Aguon.
