Marianas Resort & Spa's Emmanuel Pacha, the 2012 Saipan Next Top Chef, will grace a bazaar and flea market fundraiser on Sept. 29 at the ABA Building in Gualo Rai.
The fundraiser, which will be from 7am to 5pm, is organized by the Empty Vessel Foundation to support its programs here in the CNMI, Kenya, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. Vendors who want to join the bazaar can register for only $15. Hot lunch from 2012's Saipan Next Top Chef winner is also being sold for $5. For more information, call Rose Smith at 483-0162.
