Club 200 is one of Saipan's premier community events and serves as the largest single fundraising event for the NMI Chapter of the American Red Cross. IT&E Sales & Marketing manager Hans Mickelson said that IT&E has steadfastly supported the event since its inception and will continue to do so.

“The Red Cross plays a big role and it is an important member of the Saipan community. They do so many good things for people throughout the CNMI and offer a helping hand in times of despair, fires and natural calamities,” said Mickelson.

In addition to providing support, shelter and sustenance to those in need, Mickelson credited the ARC with hosting the biggest and best party of the year with over $15,000 in cash and thousands of dollars worth of other prizes during Club 200.

“They are truly a 'first-class' charitable organization and IT&E is proud to be a sponsor of the event once again,” Mickelson said.

Executive director of the American Red Cross NMI Chapter, John Hirsh, thanked IT&E for its continued commitment to the Club 200 an to the community as a whole.

“IT&E has a longstanding tradition of supporting our organization and the Commonwealth. We're proud to have IT&E's continued support for our fundraising efforts with this weekend's Club 200,” said Hirsh.

This year's Club 200, dubbed “Way Out West” takes place this Saturday, Oct. 6, at the Fiesta Resort and Spa from 5pm to 10pm. Tickets are $100 and may be purchased at various outlets across Saipan or by calling the American Red Cross at 234-3459. (PR)
