The Department of Public Safety is seeking the public's assistance in locating two local men.
Superior Court Associate Judge Kenneth L. Govendo has issued arrest warrants on both men for the charges of theft. Several attempts have been made to locate and apprehend both men. Family members and friends have been contacted and the two suspects are still at large.
Suspect No. 1: Mario O. Sablan, age 36, resides in Lower Miha or Gualo Rai
Description: 5'6” tall, 155 lbs, brown eyes, black curly short hair, sporting a goatee.
Suspect No. 2: Primo Ogarto, age 31, resides in Tanapag.
Description: 5'5”, 155 lbs, brown eyes, black short straight hair, sporting goatee.
