Karidat Social Services is still looking for a partner for their “Toys for Tots” toy collection drive this holiday season.
Executive director Angie V. Guerrero said they normally get a civic organization to help them gather enough toys that will be given to children from less fortunate families. Recipients are children ages 0 to 11 years old on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.
“Usually, it's members of the community or different groups that approach us. Right now, we don't have one yet,” she told Saipan Tribune.

Karidat partnered with Wells Fargo for several years for the annual toy drive before the financial services company closed down its Saipan branch.
Last year, Karidat teamed up with the Society for Human Resource Management.
“We're open to anyone interested and we'll work with them to give them the number of families who will benefit from it,” said Guerrero.
