Crime Stoppers is seeking the community's assistance for information on a burglary and theft incident that occurred at Gene's Barber in Garapan, across the Mobil Gas Station on Chalan Pale Arnold Road.
On Friday morning, Oct. 19, 2012, about 10am, employees at the barbershop discovered the crime when they opened for business. The point of entry was through a window-type air conditioning unit that was pushed in, allowing the suspect(s) access into the barbershop. A brown wallet, company checks, three passports, four trimming scissors, and over $300 cash were taken. The total amount of the stolen items is estimated at over $600.
The barbershop was secured the night before at 7pm. The crime was committed sometime between then and the time it was discovered the next morning at 10am.
