“Gillian heads an all girls defensive back line nicknamed “Girl Power.” They were once successful in holding a club's top team from scoring a goal despite a barrage of breakthroughs. Gillian has good ball control and speed and sees the field before her instead of just looking down at the ball. Gillian is always a positive person who laughs and jokes even with members of the other team. She is a great example of a team player who cheers for teammates while she is on the sidelines and plays hard when she is in the game. Gillian is a pleasure to coach.”-Gillian's coach Russ Quinn.
