The second meeting of the non-retired members of the NMI Retirement Fund Defined Benefits Plan, who have submitted applications for withdrawal from the Fund, will be held on Saturday, Jan. 12 at 3pm at the American Memorial Park Theater.
The Active Members United Committee will present the position statement that will be submitted to the U.S. District Court by AMU, and additional important actions related to the submission of the statement and upcoming hearings that will require the participation of the non-retired members of the Fund will also be discussed at the meeting.
