Andersen Middle School students visit MARC Library

Andersen Middle School students visited the UOG MARC Library to learn more about the history of Guam. (Contributed Photo) Eighth-grade students at Andersen Middle School recently visited the Richard F. Taitano Micronesian Area Research Center Library at the University of Guam to conduct research on Guam's history in anticipation of the Annual Guam History Day Competition in March.

According to AMS eighth grade teacher and UOG alumna, Mary Williams, information on Guam history is sometimes hard to find using only online sources. “The MARC Library is an excellent resource on the history of Guam and Micronesia for my students.”
