Trustee ad litem seeks payment of $94,730 for Nov., Dec.

Joseph C. Razzano seeks to be paid $94,730.11 for his work as NMI Retirement Fund trustee ad litem for the months of November and December 2012.

For November, Razzano and the Law Offices of Civille & Tang where he is a member asked the U.S. District Court for the NMI to approve the payment of $17,695 in total fees plus $88.40 in costs and expenses, for a total of $17,783.

Of that amount, $7,325 is for Razzano's work for 29.30 hours and the rest is for three other lawyers in the Civille & Tang law firm.

For November, the ad litem asked the court to approve the payment of $26,403.40 in total fees and costs and expenses for retained counsels Braddock Huesman and Daniel J. Berman.

Huesman's total fee is $14,500, while Berman's is $11,625. Berman's law partner, Charles McDonald, also seeks $277.50, for a total of $26,402.50 for the three lawyers. In addition, Berman charged $1.90 for postage.

For December, Razzano and the Law Offices of Civille & Tang seeks payment of $12,022.50 in fees and $484.56 in costs and expenses, for a total of $12,507.06.

Of the $12,022.50 in total fees, $8,112.50 is for Razzano's work for 32.45 hours and the rest is for the two other lawyers in the Civille & Tang law firm.

For December, the ad litem also requested payment of $38,037.25 in total fees and costs and expenses for Huesman and Berman.

Huesman's total fees is $12,480, while Berman's total fees is $24,500, for $36,980 in total fees for both law firms. The two law firms also demanded $1,057.25 for costs and expenses.

For the months of September and October, Razzano was paid $60,949.83; Huesman, $1,960; and Berman, $17,975.72.
