The 2013 Marianas March Against Cancer committee will be holding a team captains' meeting on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, beginning at 5:30pm at the DFS Saipan conference room (second floor) in Garapan. All 2013 teams are encouraged to attend.
"The 2013 MMAC committee is inviting all registered MMAC teams to attend this meeting where important information will be discussed. We are still looking for more businesses, schools, families, non-profit organizations and government agencies that might be interested in forming a team. Please join us at this meeting for more information," said 2013 overall MMAC committee chair Manny Borja.
The MMAC is the largest cancer fundraising activity in the Northern Mariana Islands. It is the signature fundraising event of the Commonwealth Cancer Association.
The 2013 Marianas March Against Cancer will be held on April 26-27, from 6pm to 6am at Hopwood Junior High School in Chalan Piao. Title sponsors include Delta Air Lines and DFS Saipan, Ltd.
