Tinian residents are invited to a Friday Movie Night today, Feb. 15, 2013, at 6:30pm. The event, hosted by the Northern Marianas College's College Access Challenge Grant program, will be held at the Antonio M. Borja Amphitheatre, Natibu Park.
Aside from the feature film Battleship, the pre-movie activities will feature a 15-minute college awareness presentation about preparing for college (college success, student life, financial aid, and time and money management, etc.).
The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments and snacks will be sold by vendors. Please note that the film is rated PG-13, which means that minors under the age of 13 must be accompanied by parents or guardians.
