HAGATNA, Guam (AP)-A 27-year-old man has been killed in a motorcycle accident on Guam.
According to the Pacific Daily News, police said Andre Paul Regalado Dela Cruz was killed Sunday when his motorcycle ran off Alageta Road while driving west toward the Route 16 overpass. He died at the scene.
Guam Police said Monday that Dela Cruz fractured his skull. Police said they could not find a helmet at the accident scene.
