The Office of the Attorney General announced today, Friday, the arrest of the suspect in the murder of bartender Emerita Romero in February 2012.
Police served the arrest warrant on Joseph Acosta Crisostomo at 11:25am today on charges of first degree murder, robbery, sexual assault, and others.
No bail has been set.
