MIFICPA to host tax seminar on Sat.

The Marianas Institute of Filipino CPAs and Accountants, MIFICPA, will be hosting a tax seminar dubbed “Tax Updates 2013” with focus on FICA tax issues, types of corporations, changes in tax laws, income within and without, income distribution-treatment, trust discussion, and others.

The seminar will be conducted by David J. Burger, CPA and director for Burger & Comer, PC Certified Public Accountants. It is scheduled on March 2, 2013, Saturday, from 1pm to 5pm at the Charley's Cabaret of Pacific Islands Club. Registration starts at 12:30pm.

Registration fee for members is $20 (includes $5 membership renewal). Non-members and non-accountants are also welcome for the same fee, which includes light snacks and participant's certificate. To facilitate the question-and-answer portion of the seminar, email your question(s) to MIFICPA so they can be forwarded to Burger ahead of time.
