The NMI Judiciary and the Judicial Council will host an investiture ceremony for CNMI Supreme Court Associate Justice Perry B. Inos on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at 10:30am in the Supreme Court courtroom. The public is invited.
Inos, having been nominated to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court bench, appeared before the Senate's Committee on Executive Appointments and Government Investigations on March 7, 2013. Following the committee's recommendation, the full Senate voted unanimously to confirm Inos as associate justice on March 8, 2013. He was duly commissioned that same day, with Gov. Eloy S. Inos administering the oath of office.
Before his ascension to the Supreme Court, Inos served the people of the Commonwealth as an associate judge since Sept. 22, 2008. (CNMI Judiciary)
