Two men were arrested on Friday for separate cases of alleged sexual abuse of minors, including one who is now five months pregnant.
Anthony Gapach Castro, 21, and Donald Ayuyu Hocog, 45, were taken to Superior Court yesterday for their initial appearance.
Castro was arrested for sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree for allegedly impregnating his 15-year-old girlfriend.
Hocog was arrested for sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, child abuse or neglect, indecent exposure, assault and battery, and assault.
Superior Court Associate Judge David A. Wiseman set a $25,000 cash bail for Castro and $75,000 cash bail for Hocog.
Police detective Rudolfo Hermosilla stated in his report that a police officer responded to a school on Jan. 24, 2013, in response to a report of sexual abuse of a minor.
Hermosilla said the officer learned that a student could not perform any fitness activity during Physical Education class because she is pregnant.
The girl identified the father of her unborn child as her boyfriend, Castro.
In Hocog's case, police detective Jesse K. Seman stated in his report that, on March 13, 2013, a Division of Youth Services representative interviewed a 13-year-old girl who confessed that Hocog started sexually abusing her when she was 6 years old.
The last incident allegedly occurred in 2011.
