Fiesta Resort and Spa Saipan won the Diamond Award for 2013 from Rakuten Travel last March 14. The company, Japan's largest online reservation website, hosts an annual awards ceremony celebrating the achievements of outstanding hotel operators.
The Diamond Award is awarded to the top hotel every year, recognizing high volume of sales as well as overall satisfaction with customer service and facilities.
The awards ceremony was held at the Claret Hall, an upscale banquet hall at the resort. Fiesta Resort is proud to be the recipient of this award for the third year running, demonstrating the hotel's ongoing positive rankings amongst tourists.
