HAGATNA, Guam—U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers working at the Guam International Airport identified and arrested two individuals wanted by local law enforcement authorities. Both fugitives were attempting to depart Guam on Aug. 26.
CBP officers positively identified Dexter Long, a 52-year-old male, and Kim Choate, a 47-year-old female, as wanted persons.
Long was the subject of an active felony arrest warrant for the charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, abetting prostitution and prostitution. Choate was the subject of an active warrant of arrest for charges of indecent exposure, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct.
Long and Choate were arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and turned over to the Guam Airport Police for further processing. (CBP)
