Coastal Resources Management will be hosting a beach cleanup and pavilion beautification event at Kilili Beach on Saturday, Sept. 14, starting at 9:30am for Coastal Month. CRM staff, Let’s Move Marianas, and MINA will be repainting the pavilions and cleaning the beach.
Kilili Beach is a great place for a barbecue, a swim, or even an outrigger canoe race. It is a popular location for locals and tourists alike and is due for a facelift. Come help us repaint all the pavilions in bright colors and island themes as well as remove litter and marine debris. By keeping the beach clean we are protecting the environment and working toward a trash-free ocean. Come join us for CRM’s Coastal Month event.
Enjoy Kilili Beach this weekend, but remember that the pavilions will be closed off for painting and drying on Saturday, Sept. 14 so please no barbecues or picnics until after the cleanup and painting. (CRM)
