Two brothers allegedly beat up a man and hit him with a baseball bat at the Miha Housing in Garapan Wednesday night.

Bokuku said that Francisco Epen went to a house, yelling and shouting profanities and asking for the victim’s whereabouts. He then walked down the road and saw the victim sitting down on the shoulder of the road.
When the victim stood up, Francisco Epen allegedly grabbed him and threw him down to the ground. The suspect then allegedly got on top of him and punched him more than four times.
Samery Epen came and pulled his brother away from the victim. When the victim walked away, Francisco Epen followed him.
Samery Epen went to his house, took a baseball bat, and followed his brother. Samery Epen then allegedly hit the victim with the bat. The victim tried to block his face and body with a trash bin cover.
A woman yelled and screamed, and begged the brothers to leave their family alone as they were scaring their small children. The woman’s relationship with the victim was not indicated in the report.
