Participant of the 3rd Annual Saipan’s Next Top Chef Competition will be working with only the best ingredients after J.C. Tenorio Enterprises agreed to sponsor the Certified Angus Beef that will used during the Nov. 30 event at the Pacific Islands Club Saipan.
“The chefs in the upcoming competition will be testing their skills with Certified Angus Beef sponsored once again by J.C. Tenorio Enterprises,” said Rose Smith, founder of the organizing Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation.
So far, five chefs have confirmed their participation in the competition.
“We would not be able to accomplish much without the many local businesses who contribute generously to our charity programs for women, children, and families,” said Smith.
Other companies that have agreed to support the competition are PIC Saipan, Delta Air Lines, Hyatt Regency Saipan, McDonald’s Saipan, Kanoa Resort, Tanapag Mobil, 360 Restaurant, I Love Saipan, Asiana Airlines, Coca-Cola Beverage Co. Micronesia, Wushin Corp., Joeten Group of Companies, Kagman Culinary students, Faith Works Church, 360 Church, Youth with a Mission, Marianas Variety, and the Saipan Tribune.
The competition raises funds for Empty Vessel Ministry Foundation’s outreach projects in the CNMI, Kenya, the Philippines, and Bangladesh.
Tickets for the event are still available at Empty Vessel Ministry office in Gualo Rai, Empty Vessel street market booth, and the front desk of the Pacific Islands Club Saipan.
