This is to inform all veterans and others concerned that on Dec. 14-18, 2009, Tina San Augustine, the Department of Veterans Affairs' public contact and outreach specialist for Guam and the CNMI, will be on Saipan for a veterans outreach on veterans federal benefits.
In addition, David Sheridan, vocational rehabilitation counselor, and Gaylene Matsunaga, home loan technician, also from the federal VA, will be on Saipan on Dec. 15 and 16 to discuss veterans' needs on the VA home loan and vocational rehabilitation. They will also be entertaining questions and assist veterans with their claims.
The date, time and place of the briefing is as follows:
-Rota: Dec. 17-18, 2009, from 8am to 4pm, at the Rota Mayor's Office conference room
-Saipan: Dec. 15-16, 2009, from 8am to 4pm, at the Office of Military and Veterans Affairs on Capital Hill, Building 1364.
--Dec. 15-16, 2009 only, Home loans and vocational rehabilitation
-Tinian: Dec. 14, 2009, from 9am to 4pm, at the Tinian Mayor's Office
