After hitting the field for an exciting night at Tan Ge Field on Tuesday, the women of the Saipan Softball Association were forced to retreat from the rain on Thursday night when the skies opened up over the Oleai Sports Complex to cancel the evening slate.
Gloves, bats, and balls will remain in the equipment bags for a little while longer as the Saipan Major League Baseball Association announced that they are providing the Fall and Masters Leagues teams another week to prepare for the return to the Kan Pacific Baseball Field in Marpi.
