Parsons said the plane landed at the Saipan International Airport at 1:25am on April 25. It flew back to the Narita international Airport at 5:20am the same day.<\/p>\n<p>It was not immediately known how many passengers were on the flight to Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>The new air service is set to fly to and from Narita and Saipan three times a week. The flight can carry 400 economy and 30 business class passengers.<\/p>\n<p>The second Northwest flight from Tokyo is expected to generate an additional 5,160 seats from Japan per month.<\/p>\n<p>Commonwealth Ports Authority acting executive director Reno Celis said the flight would be coming in on a daily basis from May 1 to 9 this year, during the Japanese Golden Week.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cMore passengers are coming during that week. We certainly welcome more passengers. It\u2019s nice that they are coming daily.
