Following on the heels of a new chef, DoDo is the latest person to join the growing management team at Caf\u00e9 at the Park.<\/p>\n<p>DoDo comes to Caf\u00e9 at the Park with 16 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.  His career started at Ambarrukmo Palace Hotel in Indonesia.  After a stint with Nikko and Hyatt in Jakarta, he moved to Saipan where he was with the Hyatt team here until joining Caf\u00e9 at the Park earlier this month.  <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s very exciting to have someone with DoDo\u2019s talent on our team\u201d says proprietor Gabriel Boyer. \u201cOur customers will have a great dining experience with DoDo managing the restaurant.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a great opportunity for me\u201d says Suyatna.  \u201cIt is my goal to make your dining experience a memorable one\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Caf\u00e9 at the Park has been open since August 2005 and is located directly across from American Memorial Park.
