FREE HEALTH SCREENING FOR OFWS<\/p>\n
The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration is informing the Filipino community in the CNMI of the free health screening program scheduled this May 7, 2006, from 9am to 12 noon at the ground floor of the Nauru Building in Susupe.<\/p>\n
Individuals who would like to avail of blood sugar testing should fast (no food or water) from midnight of May 6, 2006, up to the time of their check up.<\/p>\n
Also, OWWA is informing the Filipino community that the English Developmental Course Batch II will start this May 21, 2006. The course will include grammar, vocabulary development, conversational English, phonics, and writing. Interested OFWs should register at the OWWA Counter, ground floor, Nauru Building. ENGLISH PLACEMENT TEST SET<\/p>\n
The Northern Marianas College will once again administer an English Placement Test for the Summer Semester 2006 on May 15, 2006, at Room D-1, from 9am to noon.<\/p>\n
Test-takers must bring a valid photo ID and pencils.<\/p>\n
There is a $25 fee for the English Placement Test that must be paid in advance at NMC’s Finance Office (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm). <\/p>\n
Students will not be admitted to the testing room without proof of payment—a receipt for either the placement test fee or the NMC application fee. This $25 fee is applicable to the NMC application for all students.<\/p>\n

This company contacts consumers over the phone and tries to sell them magazine subscriptions. Often, the sales pitch involves an offer of a “free” gold watch with the placement of an order with this company, please call the Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Counsel at 664-2333. OLEAI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL REGISTRATION<\/p>\n
Oleai Elementary School announces that the registration for school year 2006-2007 is ongoing for all incoming Kindergarten and new first (1st) graders. Registration will end on April 28, 2006, from 8am to 4pm. Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by end of August 2006 and students entering First Grade must be 6 years old by end of August 2006.<\/p>\n
For Transfer-In students into Oleai Elementary School, (Grades 2 through 6) registration will be in June to July 2006.<\/p>\n
