The officers for the 2006 &#8211;2007 term will be installed at this meeting. All members are encouraged to attend. All eligible veterans are encouraged to come and submit an application for membership. (PR)<\/p>\n<p>PARADE, FLOAT APPLICATIONS NOW AVAILABLE<\/p>\n<p>Applications to participate in the 2006 Liberation Day parade on July 4th is now available at the Saipan Mayor&#8217;s Office in Afetnas, Saipan. <\/p>\n<p>The parade will start at 9am on Beach Road in front of the National Office Supply and end at the site of this year&#8217;s festivities, the Garapan Fishing Base.   <\/p>\n<p>Prizes for the floats will be awarded.  <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Awards will be presented for first, second, third, fourth and fifth place, totaling $7,500.  Floats will be judged on originality, creativity, design, workmanship, balance, presentation and overall appearance based on this year&#8217;s theme, &#8216;Liberasion Taotao Marianas&#8217;,&#8221; said parade committee chair Larry Guerrero. <\/p>\n<p>A safety briefing will be held on June 30 at the Multi-Purpose Center in Susupe at 4pm.  At this meeting, the sequence of the parade will be addressed. <\/p>\n<p>Interested individuals, groups or organizations may contact Larry I.
