Certificates of service will be given to these students.

Huh also acknowledged the assistance of Rep. Ramon Basa and his helper, John Camacho; Rep. Fredrick Deleon Guerrero and MINA members; Laolao Golf Resort president Kwang Joong Kim, general manager Tetsuya Matsunaga and the lawn mowing team; JKPL executive director John Oliver Gonzales and the Bookmobile team; the Kagman Community Center staff, especially technician John Aldan and finance manager Priscilla Castro.

“I want to inform Kagman residents that the Bookmobile is making weekly visits to the Kagman Community Center on Tuesday afternoons starting November. The mobile carries all sorts of books for adults and children,” Huh said.

He said the center is also scheduling several educational programs, including music and Korean language classes, leadership training, and first-time driving practice, etc.

“I have a vision that Kagman will be the Manhattan of the CNMI in the future. Right now, we need to repair the aircon and install the solar street lights costing over $20,000.
