We only know that something hit the lines,\u201d Mathis said.<\/p>\n<p>She said the Kiya 1 electrical grid automatically tripped off a 12:42pm, causing outages in Dandan, Fina Sisu, and Airport Road.<\/p>\n<p>Mathis said power was restored to a portion of the grid in about 20 minutes while power in another portion was back after 30 minutes.
