Wiseman found probable cause to find Li&#8217;s arrest justified. He imposed a $25,000 cash bail for Li&#8217;s temporary release.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary hearing will be on Nov. 28 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of Public Defender was appointed to represent Li.
