Benigno R. Fitial will serve as the keynote speaker in today&#8217;s investiture ceremony for Joseph James Norita Camacho, the newest associate judge of the CNMI Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>Fitial will also swear in Camacho during the ceremony set at 10am at the Supreme Court courtroom in Susupe. The public is invited to today&#8217;s ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Deputy Attorney General of Guam Philip J. Tydingco will serve as presenter for Camacho.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho was sworn in as associate judge during a \u201cprivate\u201d ceremony at the governor&#8217;s conference room on Capital Hill last Nov. 10.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho replaced Ramona V.
