The Division of Environment Quality has red-flagged Rota’s Kokomo Beach, Mobil storm drain, and District 2 storm drain, and Saipan’s central repair shop, DPW channel bridge, south Puerto Rico dump, and CK District 4 drainage and is advising the public not to fish or swim within 300 feet of these locations for the next 48 hours or until otherwise notified.<\/p>\n
