Therefore, load shedding is required,\u201d the utility said.<\/p>\n<p>While these repairs continue, rotating power outages will continue. Traffic lights, water and wastewater services in the respective areas will also be affected.<\/p>\n<p>This schedule assumes that no further generator malfunctions occur during these emergency repairs. Should the Second Partial outages be insufficient to stabilize generation capacity, the First Partial and additional feeders may also be affected.
