Both public and private high school seniors are eligible, as are non-U.S. citizens.  To download complete eligibility requirements and application materials, visit the Chamber\u2019s website, www.saipanchamber.com, as well as at the Chamber office in the Family Building on Garapan Street in Garapan.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarships will be awarded at the Chamber\u2019s general membership meeting on June 4, 2008.
