{"id":122228,"date":"2008-04-28T20:49:00","date_gmt":"2008-04-28T20:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/aff2a669-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2008-04-28T20:49:00","modified_gmt":"2008-04-28T20:49:00","slug":"aff2a67c-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/aff2a67c-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"3 indicted for trafficking \u2018ice\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three men were arrested and charged in federal court for trafficking methamphetamine hydrochloride or \u201cice\u201d last December on Saipan.<\/p>\n<p>Greggory Sablan Kalen, Lawrence Sablan Kalen, and Manuel Aldan Sablan were brought to the U.S. District Court for the NMI last Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The three, who appeared with court-appointed lawyers, pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Court for the NMI Chief Judge Alex R. Munson set the jury trial for June 30, 2008 at 9am.<\/p>\n<p>Munson granted assistant U.S. attorney Eric O\u2019Malley\u2019s motion for no bail at this time for the defendants. He remanded them back into the custody of the U.S. Marshal.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, Greggory Kalen, also known as G, Goro, and Greggory Sablan Kani; Lawrence Kalen; and Manuel A.
