{"id":125070,"date":"2008-08-06T20:36:00","date_gmt":"2008-08-06T20:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/b0ff340c-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e"},"modified":"2008-08-06T20:36:00","modified_gmt":"2008-08-06T20:36:00","slug":"b0ff3422-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.saipantribune.com\/index.php\/b0ff3422-1dfb-11e4-aedf-250bc8c9958e\/","title":{"rendered":"CUC tasked to come up with oil pollution plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. must prepare and submit several plans to the U.S. Environmental Agency regarding oil pollution. <\/p>\n<p>The plans are \u201cnecessary to mitigate the threat of discharge and address the imminent and substantial threat to public health or welfare of the United States,\u201d according to the agreement reached between CUC, Gov. Benigno R. Fitial and the U.S. Department of Justice.
