Detectives searched the area after receiving tips from callers who spotted the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives got a tip about the car Friday. They were unable to locate the vehicle until Saturday. Detectives also conducted a search on the vehicle and a sweep around the area but were unable to find traces of the victim, according to officials.<\/p>\n<p>Police impounded the vehicle. The case is currently under investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Matubis, a drafter and cartographer, arrived on Saipan Monday, July 28, after conducting work on Tinian.
