The engine is designed to produce 7.3 watts. <\/p>\n<p>Engines 6 and 8 have both decreased. Engine 6 has decreased from 5.2 MW last month to 5 MW this month, according to the report. The engine is designed for 13 MW. <\/p>\n<p>Engine number 8, which was operating at 5 megawatts last month, was shutdown Sunday in order to move the motor to engine 6. <\/p>\n<p>Engine number 1 has been under maintenance since Nov. 12, 2006, while engine number 4 has been down since July 16, 2005, due to a crankpin seizure. Engine 5 has been down since April 12, 2008, because the valves injector, liner and cylinder need to be replaced. Engine 7 is undergoing alternator repair. <\/p>\n<p>Altogether, Power Plant 1 is designed to produce 81.2 megawatts of power, but is only coming up with 15 megawatts. <\/p>\n<p>All six engines are down at Power Plant 2. Engines 2, 3 and 4 are down and are waiting for parts and maintenance. Engine 1 is down due to abnormal sound from the turbocharger. Engine 5 was also stopped July 16 because of abnormal sounds from the turbocharger. Engine 6 is undergoing an adjustment of the fuel injection system. <\/p>\n<p>Nine of the 10 engines at privately operated Power Plant 4 are operational.
